Overview

You can export a document of Price File changes from your PIMS system, that you can then upload to your Stock module. From there, you can set up a Scheduled task to send the changes your Receivable customers. If you wish, you can upload your logo to be placed on this document.

In order to ascertain changes, the process compares the current price in your PIMS system to the pricing from the previous month or earlier. It does not pick up any changes within the current month.

Add your Logo to be included in Price File Change Document

Add your logo to your PIMS system so it will be printed on Price Update documents.

• Start at Administration > Settings > Price File Manager Settings > Upload Logo.

• Select a file that is in the format .PNG or .JPG and click Upload, then Save.

Export the Pricing Change Report

The PIMs Price Change Report shows changes in price compared with earlier months. Changes in the same month will not be reported.

• From Supplier Stock Import > Supplier Stock Batches, select the Effective start and End dates.
• Select if you want Approved batches only.
• Then go to Actions > Download Pricing Change Report.

This will export a .PDF file headed Key Price File Changes that has your logo in the top right corner.

Now you can import this to your Lentune Stock module, where you can set up a Scheduled Task to send the Pricing changes to your customers.
