Introduction

You can update the Stock rebates in your PIMS system by uploading a spreadsheet with the new prices and rebates. You can also manually update to a Stock Item or a Pending item in PIMS.

The updated rebates can then be imported to your main database.

Update the Stock Rebates in PIMS

To update the Stock Rebates in PIMS:

• Go to Stock > Stock Items.
• Select the Stock item you want to update.
• Product rebate percent: Enter the % for Product rebate.
• Unqualified rebate percent: Enter the % for this rebate.
• Qualified rebate percent: Enter the % for this rebate.
• Marketing rebate percent: Enter the % for this rebate.
• Points rebate percent: Enter the % for this rebate.
• Click Save.

Update Rebates from PIMS

To update the rebates from PIMS to your main database.

In V9:

• Go to Stock > Update Rebates from PIMS.
• Click Update.

To check that the Rebates have been updated.

• Search for one of the Stock codes that has been updated.

On the Details tab:

• Click View and edit rebates.

In the Edit Rebates window, you can see the rebate fields that will now match the values from your PIMS system.
