You can create a Stock List that can be made up of several Stock Items. This can be used, for example, if you are running a promotion on several selected items.
In the Receivable Invoice Analysis Report you can then see how many of each item on that Stock List have been sold within your selected date range.
In the Stock Management report you can select a Stock List and view the quantity of those items that you have in stock.
Create a Stock List
- Start at Stock > Stock List and click New stock list.
In the Create Stock List window:
- Enter the Code and Description that you want to use for this list, and click Save.
Now click on the Items tab to add the stock items to your list.
- Select the first Stock Item and add the Quantity that you want on the list for this list. Click Add to add that item. Repeat for all other items that you wish to add, then click Save and Close.
Reports
Receivable Invoice Analysis Report
You can now report on the stock items for a selected Stock List that have been sold over a time range, e.g. your promotion period, using the Receivable Invoice Analysis Report, and select the Stock List that you want. This will show you the number of items that have been invoiced according to your selection criteria.
Stock Management Report
In the selection criteria for the Stock Management Report, you can select a Stock List to view the number of stock items still in stock for that Stock List.
