You can add or import Stock adjustments for Branches, Quantities and Average Cost.
This can be done manually via the Stock Adjustment screen, or imported from a spreadsheet for multiple Stock items.
- Start at Stock > Stock Adjustments in the Search, Create and Edit section.
Manually update a Stock item
- Click Add Stock Adjustment.
- Select your Stock code and Branch to be updated.
- Add a Reason if you wish.
- Enter either the New number of items, OR the Number to adjustment by.
- Enter the New average cost, if you wish to update this value.
- If necessary, you can enter the new Bin location for this Stock Item. Leave this field blank if there is no change to the bin.
- Click Save.
Import a spreadsheet of multiple adjustments
In the Stock Adjustment screen:
- Click More > Import Stock Adjustment.
- Browse for or drag your file to the import box and click Import.
You file should contain the following columns:

| Note: If the fields in your file for New Average Cost and Bin Location Code are populated, these values will replace existing data in these fields. |
