You can perform the task to Receive Goods In on your Wholesaler App.
In the App, select Receive Goods In.
Select the Purchase Order you want from the list. Enter the Supplier delivery note number.
Then tap on the Items tab where you can see the lines from the Purchase Order. You can use the barcode scanner to search for each item, and tap OK, or you can enter the number of items being received for each line of the PO.
Tap DONE when you have finished.
If required, you can scan and attach a Supporting Document in the Documents tab.
On the Receive Goods In in a Purchase Order, you also have the ability to Return Goods, enter the quantity of goods returned and enter the reason and GRA details.
