You can add a Sales Order on your computer, and add the required Stock items. Then, while you are selecting the items from the shelves, you can scan in the items and update the Sales Order in the Wholesaler App as you go. If you need to adjust the Quantity, or add an item, you can do that in the app too!
Add the Sales Order in your browser
- On your browser in Sales > Sales orders, add the sales order with the Stock items.
In the Wholesaler App
- Then in the Wholesaler App, select Sales Order from the front menu. Note that the default view shows uncompleted orders only. You can change this with the filter icon at the foot of your screen.
- Select the Sales Order you want for this customer.
- You can review and edit any line as necessary, and adjust Quantities.
- If you want to add a new item to the order, tap the Search icon at the top of the Items screen and enter the first few characters of the code. Click the find button to select it from the list, enter the quantity and tap Save.
When you are ready, you can tap Pack Now, complete the Taken By, and if required, you can view the Packing slip.
