The Lentune Wholesaler App
Introduction
The Wholesaler app is designed for Wholesale organisations.
Two functions outlined in this article are to create an order in-store for a customer, and to assist you to record Stock item counts for your Stock Take.
To create an order, you can walk round the store with your customer to locate and add Stock Items for their order.
To record Stock for a Stock Take, you can complete the Stock Take for a pre-selected range of Bins and enter the actual count for the Stock items. This is then available in the browser for your Stock Manager.

Download the Wholesaler App
- Go to the Appstore or Playstore.
- Search for Lentune Wholesaler.
- Click Install.
When the installation has completed:
- Click Open.
This takes you to the login screen of the App.
Login to Wholesaler
- Open the Wholesaler App.
- Select your Company.
- Tap Login.
You need to do this only the first time you login. Then you can save details by clicking Remember me.
- Enter your Login credentials.
- Tap Login.
Now you will see the Wholesaler Home screen.
Cart
In the Cart, you can create orders for a customer as you walk around the store with them. You can add items to the cart, then convert that to a Sales Order. If a Packing Slip is required, you can create that and print it from the browser back at the counter.
- Tap Cart.
- Tap Add New Item.
- Enter the first few characters of the Stock Item you want.
- Tap the Search button on your keyboard.
- Select the item from the list.
- Enter the Quantity you require.
- Tap Done.
When you have added all the items for this order:
- Tap Create Order.
- Receivable Account: Select the Receivable Account from the dropdown list. You can type the first few characters of the name to search for it.
- Client Order Number: Enter the client's order number.
- Taken By: Select the name of the person who is taking the order. Note that the Contact person must already be set up for the Receivable Account in the People tab on the browser.
- Tap Send to Counter to complete the order.
You can see the list of items in your cart.
- If you want to delete any item, tap the Blue bin icon beside the item.
- To empty the cart of all items, tap Empty.
To complete the order without creating a Packing Slip:
- Tap Send to counter.
You will see that the order has been successfully created.
- Tap OK.
To complete the order and create a Packing Slip at the same time:
- Tap Pack Now.
This marks the order as created and packed, and creates a Packing Slip that can be viewed or printed from the browser.
- Tap OK.
Stock Take
When a Stock Take list has been prepared in the browser for a specific Branch and range of Bins, you can use that list to record the physical count of stock items in your app instead of using sheets of paper.

To start entering your stock count details:
- Tap Stock Take.
- Select the Stock Take that you want from the list.
This will show the Stock Items and their expected number that you should find on the shelves. The red number shows that this item has not yet been counted.
- Tap an item to open a new window to enter or confirm the physical count.
The expected count number will be shown.
- Tap Done if this is the correct count number.
If the actual count is different:
- Enter the new number.

Tap Done.
When you have entered and accepted the count number, the count shows in green.
Continue for all items in this Stock Take.
This information now appears in the Stock Take in the browser, where you can view and print variances and exceptions.
