The Lentune OrderM8 App
Introduction
The OrderM8 App allows you to give access to your customers so they can add, edit and view their orders.
Download the OrderM8 App
- Go to the Appstore or Playstore.
- Search for OrderM8.
- Click Install.
When the installation has completed:
- Click Open.
This takes you to the login screen of the App.
Login to OrderM8
- Select your Company.
- Tap Login.
You need to do this only the first time you login. Then you can save details by clicking Remember me.
- Enter your login credentials.
- Tap Login.
Now you will see the Home screen.
Phone My Branch
Each User will be associated with a default Branch.
- Click Phone My Branch to connect to your Branch.
Stock Search
In Stock Search, you can search for Stock Items.
- Tap Stock Search.
In the Search field:
- Enter the first few characters if the item you want to search for.
All items with those characters will be displayed, with the price and Supplier.
Tap an item to display more details.
In the Add Item screen:
To add this item to your Cart:
- Enter the Quantity you want.
- Tap Add to add this Item to your card.
- Tap Cancel to go back.
You will see a message: Item successfully added to your cart.
- Tap OK.
My Cart
Tap My Cart to view items in your cart.
Items in your cart will be displayed.
From this screen, you can order goods, empty the cart and search for items.
To order an item from your cart:
- Click the item to open it in the Order Goods screen.
- Complete the details for Order number, Reference, Notes, Delivery address and date.
Select the required delivery date from the calendar:
- Click Complete Order.
You will see a message that the Sales order has been successfully created.
- Click OK.
My Orders
Tap My Orders to view the orders that you have created. This will show the status and value of each order.
Tip: In the filters at the bottom right of My Orders, you can opt to see Not Supplied Only. If that filter is off, then you can see Packing Slips on Supplied Order.
Tap any order to open it and view the Items and details of number ordered and supplied.
TIP:
You can tap Filters on the bottom right to see only Orders that are not yet supplied, or leave flag off to see all orders.
You can also elect to see orders only from the last 30 days.
Set the filters you want and tap DONE.
