You are warned if the Account does not belong to the same Company as the Cash Book Bank Account.
Does the Account belong to the same Company as the Bank Account?
Introduction
In Cash Book Quick Analysis, you will see a warning if you select an Account that does not belong to the same Company as the Cash Book Bank Account.
Does the Account belong to the same Company as the Bank Account?
- Go to Cash Book > Quick Analyse Transactions.
- Select the Bank Account that you wish to analyse.
A Cash Book Bank account always belongs to a specific company in your system.
- In the Presented transactions, highlight the transaction you wish to analyse.
- In the right-hand section, select the Account for this transaction.
If the Account you have selected does not belong to the same Company in your database as the Bank Account, you will see a warning.
If you wish to proceed:
- Click Yes to Confirm.
