You can add and manage activities such as calls, meetings and tasks relating to different types of accounts and transactions and to help manage your workflow efficiently.
Activities on your Sales Dashboard
On your Sales Dashboard, you can see My Sales Orders, Branch Sales Orders and Activities.
Click Activities to see the list of activities that you have to action, or to add a new activity.
Add an Activity
You can add an activity from the Sales Dashboard, or from a Receivable Account in the Activities tab or a Payable account in the Activities tab. Activities can also be added directly from Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders.
All these activities will appear on the Sales > Activities dashboard. You can also access your Activities from the CRM > Activities menu.
You can categorise activities by Call, meeting, task, email or post. You can add a contact person, due date and time for an activity. If this is a recurring task, you can add a frequency to it.
Click into any line to view and update that task, or Mark as done.
If you want to view your completed tasks, you can view these by clicking Show done on the dashboard.
By default, the field for Due within 7 days is ticked. Uncheck this to see all future tasks.
