Introduction
On a Purchase Order, you can add a delivery ETA that the supplier has given you. This will also flow through to orders (if the PO is linked to a Sales Order), keeping your customers up to date.
How do I add an ETA?
On the Purchase Order, there are a couple of places you can add an ETA. You might have an ETA for the entire order. Go to the Details tab at the top of the PO and you'll find an 'Expected delivery' field where you can add the date.
Alternatively, you might have a large order and not all the items are expected to arrive at the same time. In this case, on the Order tab you can click into each item and add an expected delivery date for that specific stock.
Where does the ETA show up?
If an ETA is added to a Purchase Order and the PO is linked to a Sales Order, that ETA will flow through to multiple places. When you're viewing the Sales Order in Lentune and looking at the list of items on that order, the ETA will display there.
If a packing slip is produced for other items on the order, that packing slip will list any items still to be supplied. The ETA will appear here as well.
If you go to the Actions tab and preview the Sales Order, the ETA will also appear there, on the PDF.
