You can easily add a new Payable Account / Supplier in Lentune.
- Start at Payables > Supplier accounts and click New payable account.
- Add the Code and Description, and select the Branch for this supplier.
- Click Confirm.
This takes you to the Payable Details screen. Here you can maintain all the details for the supplier.
To edit address details for the organisation, click Edit Entity at the foot of the Entity Details section.
Some useful fields in the Details section to complete are Account Type, Company, Branch, Payment terns, Direct credit bank account.
On other tabs from the Details screen, you can now set up Payable Price Contracts, manage Rebates, add contract details for people at the Supplier business and view financial transactions and communications for the Supplier.
