If you are using the Lentune Payables module, you can set up the message for Purchase Orders.
Introduction
In the ERP Payable Manager, you can set a standard message that will appear on your Purchase Orders. This will then be used system-wide for all companies that do not have their own message set up.
You can also set up a specific message per Company, thus allowing Companies in your system to use separate messages. This will be used in preference to the message in the Payables Manager.

On the Details Tab > Company Details section:
- Purchase Order custom message: Enter your Purchase Order message for this Company. This text will appear directly on the Purchase Order itself.
- Purchase Order Email Message: Enter your Purchase Order email message for this Company. This text will appear in the body of the email that the Purchase Order is sent with.
- Click Save and Close.
- Repeat this step for other Companies. Any Company that does not have its own message will use the message from the Payables Manager.
