Where to set up the email address for Sales Orders.
When you are completing a Sales Order, you can determine where you want to email it.
This is set up in your Branch details page.
- From the Administration > Branches menu option, select the Branch you want to edit.
In the Sales coordinator / posting details section, you can use either or both of these fields to email different people:
- Sales order coordinator email address: Enter an email address for the Sales coordinator to be emailed, if you wish.
- Staff: Enter an email address for a Staff member to advised, if you wish.
- Click Save and Close.
