When approving Sales Orders, you can view Sales orders made at your Branch, and any Sales orders that your customers make at other Branches.

Approve Out of Branch Sales Orders

To include Sales orders from other Branches so you can approve them all from one screen:

• Go to Sales > Approve Sales Orders.
• Click Advanced Search to see more selection options.
• Branch: Select your Branch.
• Include out of branch sales orders: Check this field to include Sales orders that your customers have made at other Branches. This will include Sales orders from your Branch as well as Sales Orders that your branch customers have made at other branches.
• Save Defaults: Click Save Defaults if you wish to use the same selections next time you come to this screen.
• Click Search.
