Your Customers can search for their own invoices in your Lentune Customer Portal.
Overview
Your customers can search for their own invoices in the Customer Portal of your Lentune system.

Invoice Search
When your customers have access to your Lentune system via the Customer Portal, they can search for their own invoices from your Receivables module.
For a Customer to access their Invoices, they can:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Click Invoices from the left menu.
This takes the User to the Suppliers Invoices screen where they can search by invoice number or date range.
To search for this month's invoices:
- If required, click the red cross
on the right side of the screen to clear the previous search criteria.
- Select the Start date and End date for the search.
- Click Search.
This will allow a search of up to 1000 invoices.
If the number of invoices for a month is more than 1000, you could perform a search for the first part of the month and a search for the second part of the month and export them both to excel then combine them within excel.
Export Invoices
When your selected invoices have displayed in the search area, you can now export them to a csv file, or to a file in the format required for your accounting system.
To export to a standard .csv file:
- Click Export csv standard.
To export to another format:
- Click the down arrow beside the Export to csv button.
- Select the format that you require. Options are:
- iTrade
- MYOB
- SimPro
- Tradify
- Xero
This will download a file in the selected format.
