You can filter, search and export records from your CRM module.
Overview
In your CRM module, you can search for records for People or Entities by various filters and export the results to a spreadsheet for marketing or letters.
The data exported will reflect the search selections you have used.
CRM People Search
To search for People in your CRM module by various filters:
- From CRM > People, click Advanced Search.
- Make the selections you require.
- Click Import / Export / Consolidate.
- Select Export (selection).
This will export a spreadsheet in .xlsx format.
Useful fields to search by:
There are check fields you can search for to find records that are not complete:
- No last name: This will select only people who do not have a last name in their record.
- Duplicates: This allows you to find duplicate records.
CRM Entities Search
To search for Entities in your CRM module by various filters:
- From CRM > Entities, click Advanced Search.
- Make the selections you require.
- Active receivable accounts: Check this field to select only Receivable accounts.
- Active payable accounts: Check this field to select only Payable accounts.
- Click Import / Export / Consolidate.
- Select Export search result: To export all records; or:
- Select Export primary contact info: To export only the primary contact person from the Entity. This is the email address on the front Entity page.
This will export a spreadsheet in .xlsx format.
