Every night, the Wholesaler Connect integration runs and sends invoices from Lentune to Simpro automatically. That’s right, no more manually transferring invoices from your accounts team’s email to Simpro — everything is done for you! The PDF invoice will be attached, and the items will be receipted.
As long as you’re connected to Simpro, this will happen automatically. (In case you missed that step, check out this article.)
In the Lentune customer portal, go to the Invoices screen. Here, you’ll see all your supplier invoices with an integration column on the far right. A tick indicates a successful transfer to Simpro. In Simpro, you’ll see a receipt against the PO and the invoice attached to the PO.
