Manually Send Supplier Invoices to Simpro
Sometimes, you need to take matters into your own hands and give those invoices a little nudge into Simpro. Whether it’s an urgent update or you just want to make sure everything’s running smoothly, you’ve got the power to send those invoices manually.
But first, a heads-up
When you hit the button to send invoices to Simpro, it’ll only send across invoices from the last day. So don’t worry — it’s not going to flood Simpro with every invoice in the system.
If you need to send invoices from a longer time period, just hop into the invoice search screen, pick the ones you want, and send them manually.
Also, keep in mind that the integration process checks the sales order line quantities. If a line has a quantity greater than zero, it will be sent to Simpro. But if the quantity is zero, it won’t be sent — so no need to worry about empty lines clogging things up.

1: Log in to the Lentune customer portal and click Invoices.
If you’re not sure how to login, contact your supplier and ask for your Lentune customer portal login details.
2: Apply Filtering.
Make sure your start and end dates cover the range of invoices you want to see, then click Search. If you’re hunting for a specific invoice, you can search by the invoice number, too!
3: Select Your Invoices.
Time to pick the invoices you want to send to Simpro! Tick the checkboxes on the left side of the invoices you’re ready to send.
4: Click Send selected invoice to Simpro.
Click the down arrow next to the More button, and then hit Send selected invoice to Simpro. Off they go!
5: Click on Yes.
A confirmation box will pop up — just click Yes to confirm.
6: Check the integration results.
Once the integration process finishes, hit Search again. Look in the column to the right of the invoices: a tick means the invoice transferred successfully, while a cross means it didn’t. Click the cross for more info on what went wrong.
7: View the integration details.
If you see a cross and clicked on it, select the most recent entry in the list. The blue Detail section will show you why the invoice wasn’t sent. For example, maybe there was already a receipt in Simpro. Once you’ve checked it out, click Close when you’re done.
8: Close the Supplier invoices tab.
When you’re done, feel free to close the tab. There is another way to send the invoices across and to see when the invoices were last sent. To see this, follow the next steps.
9: Click Profile.
10: Click on Simpro.
Click on Simpro to see when invoices were last sent. You’ll find the date and time in the bottom left corner. If needed, you can also send more invoices from this screen.
