Manually Update your Supplier's Stock Items in Simpro
Sometimes, you just can’t wait for the automated nightly stock updates. Maybe there’s a hot new item listed or a price change that’s just too good to miss. No worries — you can manually trigger an update and keep everything up-to-date!
1: Log in to the Lentune customer portal and click Stock.
If you're not sure how to login, contact your supplier and ask for your Lentune customer portal login details.
2: Click on Search to see a list of stock items and their details.
3: Click on Export stock URL then click on Update Stock Pricing in Simpro.
This magical button will sync all the latest changes in pricing, quantities and images straight from your supplier's catalogue into Simpro. Poof!
4: Click on Integration Results.
Once the update has finished, search the stock again. You’ll see integration results: a tick means success, while a cross means something went wrong. Click on the cross to see more details about why it failed. At the top of the stock search screen, there’s a filter that lets you easily spot failed results.
5: Close the Supplier stock list.
Once you’re done, feel free to close the tab. You can also run the update from the Profile area, where you can check the last date and time it was updated. Follow the steps below for more details.
6: Click on Profile.
If you prefer to run the stock update from the Profile screen or want to see the date and time it was last run, click Profile.
8: Click on Simpro.
9: Click on Update stock pricing in Simpro.
Hit this button to update the stock pricing. You can see the last date and time this was done in the bottom left corner. Easy peasy!
And there you have it! With these steps, you're all set to manually update your supplier's stock items in Simpro. Go forth and keep your stock game strong!
