Expected Rebates for your Payable Accounts
You can set up a Scheduled Task to email the summary data for expected rebates for your Payable Accounts. If you wish, you can include the associated Payable account in the report, by using a toggle switch on the task set up.
To set this up:
- Start at Settings > Task Scheduler and click New Task Scheduler.
In the New Task Scheduler window:
- Task Type: Select Email Payable Account Expected Rebate Summary Data.
- Frequency: Select how often you want this report to be emailed, e.g. End of Each Month, and click Confirm.
In the next screen, in the Details section:
- Enter the next date that you want this task to run.
Then in the Parameters section:
- Include associated payable account: Select Yes to include the Payable account.
- Branch list (json): In this box, enter a line for each branch you want to report, and the email address to send the report to for that branch. Refer to our example in the box below for the formatting to use.
Use the formatting and punctuation exactly as is shown in this example, including the square brackets as the first and last lines.
In the example below:

- "CHC" and "AKL" are the branch codes we want, and
- "someone@lentune.com" and "anotherperson@lentune.com" are the example email addresses for the respective branches
