If your customer is a Simpro user and you have set them up with a User profile in Lentune, they can log in to Simpro and connect directly to Lentune to receive invoices from you.
In Simpro:
- Start at Utilities > Import > Supplier Invoices.
Then they will see a list of Previously Used and Others.
- Click on the required option and then enter their Lentune User ID and Password for that Supplier.
Note: The username and password must be linked to the Receivable Account for this to work. |
What happens if a customer doesn't receive an invoice in Simpro?
If this happens, you can manually resend the invoice by looking up the relevant Sales Order that relates to the missing invoice, and manually email it to them from the Invoices tab. The customer can then manually import that file into Simpro. There's no re-try mechanism for the integration.
Why could the integration fail? It might be that the user has something open in Simpro, and Simpro won't take an incoming file if the job is open, or perhaps the integration fails to connect for some reason.
Can I check if a customer is connected to automatically receive invoices in Simpro?
Yes! You can look up the Receivable Account. On the Client Interface tab they'll be set to the Simpro file format and on the right hand side they should have Simpro FTP data saying they're connected.
