Introduction

You can set up messages to print on your Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Packing Slips and Invoices for your Receivables module. These are set up in the Receivables Manager.

Receivables Module Messages

To set up your messages to print on these documents:

• Go to Settings > Receivables Manager.

In the Standard messages section:

• Quote standard message: Enter the message to appear on Sales Quotes.
• Invoice standard message: Enter the message to appear on invoices and Sales Orders.
• Packing slip standard message: Enter the message to appear on Packing Slips. You can scroll to enter your Terms and Conditions if you wish.
• Click Save and Close.
