Reporting a Summary of Points for your Receivable Accounts.
Introduction
The Accounts Points Summary Report shows you the movements of points for your Receivable Accounts over a selected date range.
The report shows the Opening Balance, Points Added For The Period Of The Report, Points Deducted For The Period Of The Report and Closing Balance.
You can also select a Company, a Branch and a Client (receivable account) if you wish.
Accounts Points Summary Report
To view or export this report:
- Go to Receivables > Account Reports > Accounts Points Summary Report.
- Start date: Select the start date to report from.
- End date: Select the End date to report to.
- Company: Select a Company if required.
- Branch: Select a Branch if required.
- Client: Select a Client if required.
- Click Save defaults to save these defaults if you wish.
- Click View report or Export report to either view onscreen or export to an excel file.
The resulting report looks like this:
