ERP Reports in the General Ledger module.
Overview
You can print a report to show the Company Statement of Financial Performance.
This is the equivalent of a Profit and Loss Report for a selected Company, or for all Companies ordered by Company (where you have several Companies in your database).
This shows the Revenue, less Expenses, and Net Surplus / Loss before Depreciation for the selected Company, and is a useful report to check monthly to assist you in keeping track of your revenue and expenses.
This report can be printed to screen or exported to Excel.
TIP: We recommend following the standard End of Month Processes as described, which close off your ledgers and where necessary, ensure that figures are correctly posted to the various control accounts to enable accurate reporting for any selected month. |
