Starting out with Analytics.
Overview
Lentune Analytics is powered by Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence). It is a tool to help you visualize and explore your data. We have embedded Power BI into Lentune to bring you visual reporting to empower you to make better business decisions.
The field in Settings > Database Manager for Subscribe to Lentune analytics for ERP financial reports must be checked to enable this reporting capability.
Please contact us at support@lentune.com if you have any queries and to set up the Security Roles you may need.
Security Roles to use Analytics
To be able to view the Analytics module, Users will need specific Security Roles, so you can determine who can use this tool.
You will need the Security Role of Access to Analytics Templates.
To add this to the User, please refer to Assign Security Roles for your Users.
Note: Any Access Persona restrictions you have set up will not flow through to the view in Power BI.

To view Analytics
- Start at General Ledger > Analytics.
- Click any of the tabs at the foot of the screen to view the reports.
