Point of Sale updates

  • Sale Quotes

    You can now select and edit the margin of multiple items on a Sales Quote. For example quickly adding or removing 5% to the items selected.
    Select the items you want to edit in the grid. Then under the Selected Items button you will see the Re price sales quote option.


Administration updates

  • Sundry Payable Invoice upgrade

    We have redesigned this screen to allow you to enter Sundry invoices faster.
    • If the invoice you are entering does not require Line details, then you now only need to enter the header details of the invoice. 
    • When you need to enter line details, click the Multiple invoice lines required tick box. 
    • We have also added the option to add a Purchase Order number on a Sundry invoice. 

  • Discount Groups

    This screen and workflow have had a significant upgrade. The aim here is to increase visibility and trust within your pricing structure. 
    • Discount group details
      We now have two new fields: Expected Minimum Margin and Expected Maximum Margin. These two thresholds should be as close together as possible (ideally the same) to ensure a quality pricing structure. We then use these fields to check that you have items within the correct discount group.
    • Discount group items
      Here we now check that all items have a Standard Payable Contract that gives you a buying margin that is within the expected margin range. Anything that doesn't have the expected margin will be flagged. It should then be reviewed and if necessary moved to another discount group.
      Note: All prices here are rebate adjusted.
    • Receivable Contracts
      This tab will now show you any Receivable Contracts you have created using this discount group and the expected margin they will be giving you. This allows you to quickly identify any pricing contracts that are too low.
      The margin is calculated on the minimum threshold you have created for the discount group.

    • Branch Sales Budgets

      • You can now edit your Branches Sales Budgets from within the Branch edit screen.
