Upgrades
- The Should Order screen now has 2 separate columns for items which have already been ordered. You can now see whether or not those items have been allocated to a Sales Order. The screen has also been optimised to be easier to view on a laptop screen.
- You can now add additional items to fully invoiced Purchase Orders. This will change the status of the Purchase Order from Fully Invoiced to Partially Received and will be recorded in the audit log. A useful scenario where this applies is when you order goods and charge them to the customer. Some time later the customer returns the goods and you charge them freight and a restocking fee. You then need to return to the supplier and add the restocking fee but you couldn't before because it was fully invoiced. Now you can.
- Enhanced the OrderM8 app so that the stock search is faster. We also added a spinner to make it clearer when something is loading.
- Added new Points settings for points to be emailed along with statements. We also added tooltips to the points setup to make it clearer what each field is for. In the the Receivables Manager you will need to set the field to Send points statement with account statement. You can also set the number of months for Loyalty Points to expire. This is also done in the the Receivables Manager in the Expiry Months field. Refer here to see how to set this up.
- Renamed statements to make it clearer when a statement is in credit. It will now say Amount In Credit.
- Scheduled tasks can now be created with subtasks so that tasks which need to run in sequence can be set up together rather than running separately. You also have the option to specify that a subtask should only run if the task before it was successful. If the task before it fails for any reason then the subtask won't run.
